After more than twenty years of experience in well-known houses as La Fontaine Gaillon or Le Doyen in Paris, Didier Pétin then spent many time on the training of teams of the Sofitel Iris in Moscow before joining the teams of the Sofitel Rive Gauche, now the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche, since May 2007.
